Standard Shipping:
- Delivery in 4-8 business days
- Free for orders over $50
- Flat-rate fees apply for orders under $50 (see table below)

Estimated Delivery:
At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date, which will also be in your order confirmation email. This date includes processing time and potential delays due to weekends or holidays.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
Furniture & Décor Return Policy
We want you to love your Sopoma purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for furniture and select décor items.
Returns
- Furniture:
- Contact our furniture specialists to schedule a complimentary return pickup.
- Your refund will be processed once the item is received at our warehouse. Please note the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
- Oversized UPS Items:
- Contact our furniture specialists for a return label.
- You can also ship the item back yourself, but Sopoma is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
- A $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
- Select Upholstery:
- A restocking fee may apply. Please check the product page for details.
Refunds
- Most returns take 1-2 weeks to process once received at our warehouse.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method and may take 1-3 days to appear.
Important Notes
- All returned items must be in saleable condition.
- Furniture items cannot be returned to a store.
- For damage or concerns after delivery, please contact our furniture specialists immediately.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. While we can’t make changes to your order once it’s submitted, you have a short window to cancel eligible items before processing begins.
To Cancel Items:
- Go to your order details.
- If the “Cancel Items” option is available, select the items you want to cancel. All quantities of the selected item will be cancelled.
- If you don’t see the “Cancel Items” option, we’re unable to process a cancellation at this time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete. You won’t be charged for any cancelled items.
Remember:
- Not all items are eligible for cancellation.
- You can always return or exchange eligible items after you receive your order.
